What inspires you to teach?
I teach because I love helping kids realize their strengths and guide them to see that they can do hard things. Teaching also inspires me in knowing that we are laying the groundwork for future, young adults who will be able to think critically, make informed decisions, and manage their time and materials. Finally, teaching is a creative profession and I love designing and developing different outlets for all the learning styles to show their understanding of content.
