In order to join a class on a field trip as a volunteer chaperone, you must have all your required training completed at least a week before the field trip date. Check out the volunteering tab for more info.

Field trip cost is calculated by adding the cost of transportation to the event cost and then dividing it by the total number of students in the class.  
*An exception can be made when a family knows well in advance their child(ren) are not going to be able to make the field trip and have let us know prior to calculating the final field trip cost.  

This year, we will be charging all students for field trips through the family ACH account on file.

Chaperones will not be charged to go on field trips.

All students and chaperones must start the field trip with the class and not join after it is already in progress. Similarly, students and chaperones must end the field trip with the class and not leave before the class has returned to school.
