What inspires you to teach?

It is that light in the eye of a child that flicks on and they suddenly “understands” more than just the principle taught. They take ownership of the truth. They see it’s impact on the more than just the subject studied. It excites and propels them to learn more, and it establishes a common ground between student and teacher.
